Both pine and spruce needles have been used since ancient times among indigenous populations in Alaska (especially the Tlingit), the First Nations & indigenous peoples of Canada, Norway, and Russia. Native American tribes like the Cherokee, Iroquois, Apache, and Hopi used these forest medicines as Natural sources of vitamin C and to help with the immune function of the lungs.
Recent research shows that besides vitamin C, these evergreen needles contain pinene, suramin, tannins, shikimic acid, and a wide range of antioxidants contributing to their anti-inflammatory, immune-modulating, and anti-viral properties activity.

Medicinal Ingredients/Supplement fact (Quantity per 2ML)
Pinus strobus ( White pine 1:4, 250 mg dry) 1ML
Picea glauca (White spruce 1:4, 250 mg dry) 1ML
Vitamine C (Ascorbic acid) 25 mg
Directions: Take 2-5 ml, 1-3 times per day, or as recommended by a doctor.
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Organic Cane Alcohol (30% ABV), Organic Glycerin, Springwater
Warnings: Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use it if you are allergic to pine or spruce. Stop use immediately if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
