Who is responsible for Import Duties and Taxes?

We cover all shipping, and duty on Canada and USA orders. 

Orders to all other countries are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) when the net order is less than $495 CAN.The buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes according to the laws and regulation of their residing country.  

If your net order is over $495 CAN we will cover duties and taxes, complimentary.
