    A warning somewhere in the product information about the mushroom varieties and the alcohol triggering migraines should be included. I took a half dose the first time and was debilitated the following day with the worst migraine of my life. And I can count on one hand the number of migraines I’ve had in the past 50 years. Very irresponsible. Would never recommend these products.
