Our Canadian pine pollen is pure and whole, tree-to-jar wild-harvested in North America and packed with GMP and Organic Certifications here at home. We don’t import the raw ingredients from two continents afar only to jar it here, and we certainly don't break the cell walls before serving it to you. Cracking the cell walls removes pine pollen’s protective barrier exposing the nutrients inside to oxidation and loss of nutritional value.
Make sure you know the source of your pine pollen before you buy it…

Pine pollen powder is delicious with a mild taste profile, a dry texture, and a subtle piney scent. This versatile forest-sourced superfood lends itself well to many food recipes. Pine pollen can be mixed into elixirs, smoothies, cocktails, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, or coffee, and adds a creamy texture alongside a nutrient-rich boost of vitamins, minerals, and phytoandrogens. It can also be taken in measured dose on a daily basis as a nutritional supplement.
When used for its medicinal benefits like all other herbs a liquid tincture is often a better delivery system for absorption of the phytoandrogens and antioxidant. In the case of the tincture it is best used away from food and by holding under the tongue for a minute before swallowing, But if you are sensitive to the alcohol in the tincture then mixing it in a small amount of water and drinking on empty stomach will have the same effect.

Apprenez-en davantage sur cette source naturelle d’ androgènes d’origine végétale (phytoandrogènes )
Pine pollen is the naturally occurring yellow dust inside the red (Ponderosa) and yellow (Lodgepole) male cones. Pine cones are the female part of the tree, with the pollen-producing catkins being the male. Live, whole, uncracked cell-wall pine pollen packs over 200 bioactive phytonutrients, including antioxidants, flavonoids, amino acid, vitamins, minerals, and best of all - phytoandrogens. These plant-based male hormones positively influence human cell function.
Every Spring, we set out to the Canadian wilderness to bring you nature’s best pine pollen. Our wild harvest takes place across B.C., and variations in taste occur - each region produces pollen with unique terroir, much like the grapes in fine wine. After harvest, we gently air dry the pollen at low temperatures before placing it in cold storage. We have an undying commitment to land stewardship that has set industry standards for sustainable and wild-harvesting techniques. We also maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with landowners, as well as seasonal harvesters that receive a fair, living wage for their meticulous and back-breaking work. Thanks to our gentle drying and processing techniques, Canadian Pine Pollen always contains a full-spectrum of nutrients - intact from nature.
Our mission is to have a sum total of positive impact on your health and the global health, while being sustainable. Our pine pollen is harvested with hand from lower branched of the trees and minimally processed. We have committed to one-tree-planted for each order, so at any given point we plant more trees than our crew ever gets to harvest from. We use straightforward techniques to extract the pollen from the male cones. Our pollen is raw, untreated, tree-jar, and in its natural state. We don’t cook, steam, microwave sterilize, or crack the cell walls, all of which goes against millennia of wisdom and oxidizes the nutrients in pine pollen. Our pine pollen products are Kosher, GMP, ISO and Organic Certified.
Our Canadian wild harvested pine pollen tincture if the first in class pine pollen tincture with a Health Canada approved Natural Health Product Number (NPN). Pine pollen tincture is an extract of active ingredients in a liquid form. A tincture enhances absorption and preserves pine pollen's functional nutrients. Our proprietary dual-extraction process uses a cold and an ultrasonic heat step with alcohol, glycerine and water to get pine pollen's goodness into a highly absorbable liquid form. A traditional pine pollen tincture made with ethanol or glycerin will concentrate pine pollen's phytoandrogens and polyphenols well. Still, it leaves behind the polysaccharides: these complex sugars have immune-modulating activity but need decoction with heat for extracting. But heat damages polyphenols, pine pollen's phytoandrogens, and some other key bioactive ingredients and antioxidants. Our dual-extraction process overcomes this problem to deliver what you expect in a gold class tincture; everything.
