Ponderosa and Lodgepole pine pollen powder

I get great results boosting my mood and energy by adding 1/2-1 tsp of pollen to my hot tea depending on how many cups of tea I am dividing it between. I like to get 1-2 tsp of pollen per day Monday through Friday!

Love it

The product is very good. I was surprised but I actually feel the difference in just a few weeks of taking the pollen. It gives me a boost of energy. Love it and would recommend this product.
