        "I had to wait to start it because I was not to take any anti inflammatories even natural for 6 wks and this product mentioned it can help with that. I started just under two weeks ago for severe hot flashes that were like night sweats and niacin flushes combined multi times a day. These really ruin any chance of feeling good and deplete your energy, especially when alternating with chills in the cold season and the cold is to the point of not getting warm. I know it’s much more than just menopause. Less then two weeks and they are much less intense and the frequency is less then half. Now I have also changed my diet and lifestyle but that didn’t cut it. So far this Pine Pollen seems to be doing the job! I am very excited to experience the results!         I received a bottle of pine pollen tincture for the first time about 3 years ago as a birthday gift; subsequently, for Christmas & another birthday, etc.... as I've spoken so highly about the product to my family, it was a "no brainer" that I'd love my gift! lol I was (quietly) disappointed when my recent birthday gift (July 1st) wasn't a Canadian pine pollen product, so I purchased one! I absolutely love the product! I originally thought it might be a placebo, but I can unequivocally say, it makes me feel better!!

        The taste of this concoction isn't pleasant, and I can't say that I've noticed a great deal of different to my libido, my energy levels, or my testosterone. It's clear that it works for some, but I'm finding myself a little disappointed in a $100 product that promised so much, and delivered so little.

        Store owner replied: Domenic! Cheers for support and this review. The dual extrusion processing of the pollen requires specialized equipment. A lot of brands just claim that they do it, but lack the know-how. Also, the two species we use have historical use in North America. But others may be harvesting from plants not used historically. It makes all the difference.

        I think it works but haven't used it long enough yet.

        Long story short, im immune to placebos. This stuff is LEGIT. However I dosed myself 10ml 1-2x a day instead of the recommended 2-4ml 3x/day Day 1: no noticeable changes (expected) Day 2: noticeable difference in increase of energy & focus (kinda like coffee, minus the gitters or comedown Day 3: significant increase of energy and focus, similar to a low/moderate dose of Adderall, but WITHOUT ALL the nasty side effects. (If you've taken it, you know) Day 4: energy and focus seem to be the same as day 3, my Psoriasis seems to be receding slightly, and I can do slightly more push-ups without getting as fatigued My only complaint is I wish it was like $200/bottle, but it is what it is, quality is quality, and this company makes it🙏🕉

        I was worried about the taste of it being overpowering, but it is very manageable. I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks, not sure how quickly I might notice a change, I am also on a low dose, 2ml, 2x/day. So far everything seems to be going well.
