Return and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

In case you receive a damaged or broken bottle, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. However you must notify us have a picture of the damaged product as a proof, within 30 days of receiving the order.  It is impossible to claim parcel insurance without it, and thus we can not issue any refunds without a photo proof of the damage. 

In case of lost package on undelivered orders, you are entitled to a full refund. 

Return Policy In Canada

We thrive on delivering the best quality pine pollen in the world to the people that want and need it. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. We do ask that you include a brief explanation for your dissatisfaction, so that we may do better in the future.

Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for returned items. We recommend Canada Post Expedited/Insured mail, as we assume no responsibility for issues caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Banned or restricted products policy
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Refusal to pay customs fees
  • No acceptance of the order

We will refund your credit card/PayPal account minus the shipping charges, all discounts, and a 20% re-stocking fee.

USA and International Return Policy

All international orders are eligible for return up to 30 days from your order. We do not accept returns on opened items. Additionally, you will also be responsible for all other charges, such as warehousing or return postage fees. 

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund to your payment account will be issued.

In the case of returns due to:

  • Banned or restricted products policy
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Refusal to pay customs fees
  • No acceptance of the order

We will refund your credit card/PayPal account minus the shipping charges, all discounts, and a 20% re-stocking fee.

If the cost to return the order is greater than the total amount due to be refunded, we will instruct the carrier to abandon your order and you will not receive credit.

If a product is seized by customs, you will not be issued a refund.
