Excellent My husband and I love this pine pollen. We put it in our tea in the mornings and noticed a difference in our overall energy. It’s also helped my husband with his allergies. He would get terrible allergies every spring with nonstop sneezy and watery eyes. As soon as he started taking Canadian Pine Pollen, he stopped. It’s been the biggest relief for him.
