I am glad you have switched back to alcohol. I can feel the difference in the effectiveness of the pine pollen which I am attributing to better adsorption.

Some seek the added benefit of hormone balance, but for that to happen, you need to make sure all other basic aspects of health, such as sleep and exercise, are there. Having said that fatigue can be a singe of allergic reaciton, so if that was the case, please reach out to our support to report this so we can make a note and refund you for the product also.

Pine pollen tincture I'm taking just over half of the recommended dosage currently and slowly increasing it because I like to experiment. The increase in libido is instant, and the increase in energy is gradual, give it time. Looking forward to the full dosage down the road!
