Description : Poussant exclusivement en symbiose avec les bouleaux, le Chaga (alias le roi des champignons) est utilisé depuis au moins 3 300 avant JC pour fabriquer un thé sucré nourrissant et riche en antioxydants.
Invitation à l'utilisation : ajoutez 2 à 3 morceaux de Chaga à une tasse d'eau fraîchement bouillie et laissez infuser pendant 6 à 8 heures à 70 à 90 °C (160 à 190 F).
Les mijoteuses et les zones chaudes sur les cuisinières sont le moyen le plus simple de préparer du Chaga.
TOUJOURS RÉINFUSER VOTRE THÉ
Le Chaga restant peut être réutilisé plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce que la décoction produise un thé jaune clair.
