Tasty! I’ve been making tea with these spruce tips and it’s not only tasty but very comforting. I also ground them in a mortar and pestle to add to hot oat meal which is so yummy. Glad to have gotten a jump on my immune support!

These tips are an excellent source to boost the immune system. Throughout this fall, I have taken it every morning with my breakfast. After taking this, my body feels charged while my alertness has also risen. I highly recommend for anyone that needs to or wants to maintain a strong immune system.
I love all the Pine Products I have been having. I am a person that can have an allergy to anything and I wouldn't even know it. However, I have been suffering with skin irritation for a long time and that was due to cancer radiation and of course other things like certain foods and drinks etc. can be added to that even though I am strict about eating healthy foods and healthy cooking oils that are very important. I also cook everything including baking my own breads and very rarely eat out. So yes, I am a 'health freak'. However, I started having the Pine Pollen products just so I would be protected from those shedding the 'spike proteins' but to my surprise I found that the skin irritation is almost gone. I then did further study on the Pine products and found that they has multiple healing benefits. That was truly mind blowing. Very lovely product! Took a try right out of the jar as soon as I received it. Delicious! Haven’t made tea with it yet, but excited to do so. I do like just randomly tossing some of the needles onto whatever I happen to be eating. It livens up the dish for sure!
