"I had to wait to start it because I was not to take any anti inflammatories even natural for 6 wks and this product mentioned it can help with that. I started just under two weeks ago for severe hot flashes that were like night sweats and niacin flushes combined multi times a day. These really ruin any chance of feeling good and deplete your energy, especially when alternating with chills in the cold season and the cold is to the point of not getting warm.
