Nothing tastes as potent as a well- brewed cup of chaga!

Premium grade Canadian chaga mushroom chucks for a clear black chaga tea. 

Simmer and brew around 85°C (185°F) for 3-8 hours. The longer you keep on the heat extraction the stronger the brew. Keep re-brewing until resulting brew is no longer black nor brown but golden. At this stage  blend the soft shells and mix with smoothies as a source of fibre, or discard, and begin a new batch. 

We make sure to work with select wild harvesters and small batches of traceable wild harvest to ensure long term resource management and sustainable harvest of chaga mushrooms.
