Nothing tastes as potent as a well- brewed cup of chaga!

Premium grade Canadian chaga mushroom chucks for a clear black chaga tea. 

Simmer and brew around 85°C (185°F) for 3-8 hours. The longer you keep on the heat extraction the stronger the brew. Keep re-brewing until the resulting brew is no longer black or brown but golden. At this stage you can break up the chaga chunks and freeze to add small amounts to smoothies as a source of fibre, or discard in your compost, and begin a new batch.
