I'm so excited about pine pollen! After many hours of studying this perfectly designed, naturally-charged super-food, I can say that my fascination and appreciation has grown too. Just as much as much my energy :)

It turns out; other than anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory, and hormone regulating effects, the whole cell pine pollen is perfectly shaped to act as a sorbent; an attractor of charged organic pollutants.
