This has changed my life. Hot flashes went from approx 1 every 10 minutes to currently maybe one every 5 days, energy way up, want to work out and working out for the first time in over 5 years. I enjoy pine pollen because it seems to improve my overall health. This is better than most other supplements because the chemical analysis proves its complete nutritional content. Also the flavor tastes pleasant and natural. Where normal vitamin taste bitter and gross. So that's how I know it works for my body. My energy levels are much higher, sleep is deeper, my eye sight appears sharper. And my mood seems to be more joyful even after the difficulties of life. Within 5 minutes I could feel the sensation of this medicinal crossing the blood-brain barrier. I felt immediately awake, alert and energized without the jitters that my usual coffee brings and with no stomach upset.
I've also added the powder to my hyaluronic acid face serum and my shampoo. Today I will experiment with adding it to my nail serum.

Buying in bulk is a very convenient way of ensuring that you never run out. I usually take a heaping tablespoon in apple or carrot juice in the morning, on an empty stomach, along with either liquid Ponderosa or Lodgepole, over the course of 5 or 7 days, stop for 2 days or so, then resume, or else take it every second day. The liquid form may be taken throughout the day. The rotation method (powder and liquid) is ideal. It sets the mood for the day and gradually rejuvenates the whole body by not creating a dependency. Highly recommended products.
Recently, I'm getting better sleep. I find sleep more rejuvenating. I have also lose a few kilos. My colleagues told me my eyes get brighter and I look more pretty. They say I look like a different person. I look at the mirror and find that I look more like my old self, like 10 years younger. But in these past month, in addition to pine pollen, I have started to use negative ions clothing, which is a really good stuff.
