Pine pollen can be mixed into elixirs, smoothies, cocktails, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, or coffee, and adds a creamy texture alongside a nutrient-rich boost of vitamins, minerals, and phytoandrogens.
In the case of the tincture it is best used away from food and by holding under the tongue for a minute before swallowing. But if you are sensitive to the alcohol in the tincture then mixing it in a small amount of water and drinking on empty stomach will have the same effect.
