It's subtle, and at first I was sceptical that my sudden increase in stamina was due to the Pine Pollen, yet it was the only thing I had changed in my diet. I take about a half a tsp of the powder 2-3 times a day. Just on it's own with a few sips of water afterwards.

Sleeping Well I have been a fan of Canadian Pine Pollen for some time now. I recently bought the Lodge pole tincture and a large jar of Ponderosa pollen. I don't know what it is but I'm now sleeping better and deeper than ever before. And I'm normally an insomniac. I had taken this over a year ago and slept well then too, though I hadn't made the connection as to why. Now I know it's due to the pollen. My only complaint is that my facial hair is growing faster and libido is higher than it already was. This stuff is expensive but worth every cent.
