Pine Pollen comes packed with functional nutrients
Phytoandrogens:Plant based androgens with similar structures as human male hormones. These hormones are required for growth, muscle gain, energy, libido, and recovery in both sexes.
Polysaccharides:Â Complex sugars that help support blood sugar regulation and immune activity.
Polyphenols in pine pollen are powerful antioxidants that protect against aging and environmental damage on cells.
Enzymes: Auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins, ethylene, and abscisic acid (ABA), all five with biological activity in human cells including anabolic effects, immune system and stem cell activity.
Superoxide Dismutase (SOD): Another enzyme made in human mitochondria with powerful antioxidant activity.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): A plant based sulfuric compound that helps in digestion and energy expenditure.
Pine pollen powder is delicious with a mild taste profile, a dry texture, and a subtle piney scent. This versatile forest-sourced superfood lends itself well to many food recipes. Pine pollen can be mixed into elixirs, smoothies, cocktails, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, or coffee, and adds a creamy texture alongside a nutrient-rich boost of vitamins, minerals, and phytoandrogens.
In the case of the tincture it is used mainly for the medicinal effects and best away from food and by holding under the tongue before swallowing. But if you are sensitive to the alcohol in the tincture then mixing it in a small amount and drinking on empty stomach will have the same effect.
Pine pollen's sweet aroma and unique texture are sought after for baking a pastry called Dasik; a seasonal delicacy in Korean cuisine, and in Chinese seasonal soups as a nutritive thickener. But more than its cooked aroma, whole cell pine pollen boasts over two hundred nutrients, from macronutrients like fibre, protein and essential amino acids, to fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Pine pollen's mild flavour and aroma make it a versatile ingredients to add to tea, coffee, smoothies, ice-cream, and cooking and baking recipes.
The same phytoandrogens that help pollen grains germinate are potent triggers that promote health benefits to human cells. A number of clinical trials show that pine pollen can alleviate many symptoms related to aging and chronic disease, such as cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation, cellular anti-aging, prostate health, and hormone health. Not all pine pollen is the same! We exclusively wild harvest limited batches of pine pollen from forests of British Columbia in Canada. We don't crack our pine pollen cells and thus never expose the pollen to air or light. So our pollen is always fresh - never heat-treated, UV irradiated, ethylene oxide gas or microwave sterilized, as compared to imported varieties of pine pollen.Learn more about the source of your pine pollen.

Pine Pollen tincture is a quick easy way to get the health benefits of pine pollen in absorbable form. But tincturing pine pollen is no easy feet: Our proprietary dual-extraction process uses a cold extractor with ultrasonic followed by a heat step to concentrate all of pine pollen's goodness.

Every Spring, we set out to the Canadian wilderness to bring you nature’s best pine pollen. Our wild harvest takes place across the mountains of interior British Columbia.
